I completely understand that sometimes things do not work out and changes (or returns) must be made, with that said here are the return policies for any item:
-Seller is not responsible for lost items in the mail when USPS confirmation number shows 'delivered.'
-If item is damaged en route a refund of half the price will be issued to buyer, picture proof of item required.
-If buyer is unsatisfied with a purchased item, a full refund (minus shipping cost) can be issued to buyer once item has been shipped back to seller and received undamaged. USPS confirmation is required when sending back an item.
