I completely understand that sometimes things do not work out and changes (or returns) must be made, with that said here are the return policies for any item:

*Seller is not responsible for lost items in the mail when USPS confirmation number shows 'delivered.' 

**If buyer is unsatisfied with a purchased item, a full refund (minus shipping cost) can be issued to buyer once item has been shipped back to seller and received undamaged. USPS confirmation is required when sending back an item. Shipping costs are to be assumed by the buyer.

***If item is damaged en-route picture proof of the damaged item will be needed in order for seller to file a claim with USPS for insurance reimbursement. Details of refund will then be settled contingent on USPS reimbursement.
